I’ve been away from Canada for Canada Day the past four years. I guess the best way to share Canada is to share it with the world. Happy Canada Day!

Share, inspire and create. Why don’t we share what we know to inspire a brand new generation to create change in South Africa?

I guess my worry is how we’ll keep in touch with you. Internet access may be scattered, especially in rural areas. We’ll definitely keep the website updated when we are technically able to.

Why don’t we leave it like this? My commitment to this blog will be to share pictures, stories and new friends for you to meet. It will be new stories to inspire the world. I want you to create new ways for us to really make the change that has been sweeping the world in the field of HIV and AIDS.

Someone on the team just lost a good friend only two days ago. With all the planning in the world, things happen.

It’s already 3:36 a.m. and thanks to a friend who lent us his car, we’re just running to Oakville to pick up South African supplies.

This sounds like making a stew: let the pot simmer, eventually the food turns great. I’m really excited for our trip. I’m excited for another international adventure; I’m excited for what will come out of this experience, and what I will learn from the youth of South Africa.
