Participate: About the Wake

The 24 Hour Wake is a national fundraising event where participants, who range from youth to business professionals, stay awake for 24 Hours to raise money for LetsStopAIDS! Throughout this event, participants learn about the suffering that is faced throughout the world due to the HIV and AIDS pandemic.

Each event is unique, since each group designs their event schedule. There can be activities such as games, sports, movies etc. Guest speakers can also be invited to do speeches.

There are also educational activities about AIDS in our society, especially in children and the difference that today’s youth can create in this world.
Funds raised will go towards the children infected or affected by the HIV and AIDS crisis.
