Grant Writer

Summary

We are looking for a Grant Writer Volunteer to join the Operations Team.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of The Operations Manager, the Grant Writer will:

• Prepare, write, and submit high-quality grant proposals, including letters of inquiry, grant applications, and supporting documents, in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
• Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary information and data for grant proposals.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in grant writing, demonstrated by a successful track record of securing funding from foundations, government agencies, and other grant-making entities.
• Possess strong research, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A deep passion for our mission of HIV prevention and youth engagement is essential.

Dedication

The successful candidate should be able to commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week.
