Summary
LetsStopAIDS is a Canadian youth-HIV charity that focuses on HIV prevention and knowledge exchange by engaging young people and fostering leadership. Since 2004, we have been creating a global network of youth-HIV leaders.
We’re looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who’s excited to work across a wide range of creative projects — from social media content to web and campaign design. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creating new concepts and working within established brand systems. You understand how design can shape conversations around sensitive topics like sexual health and HIV.
You’ll collaborate closely with our communications team to bring ideas to life, translate wireframes into thoughtful designs, and contribute to the visual identity of our campaigns. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Design creative assets across digital and print (social media, reports, campaigns, web, etc.)
- Translate wireframes and concepts into user-friendly, visually engaging designs
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute creative direction
- Maintain and evolve LetsStopAIDS’ visual identity across projects
- Prepare layouts, graphics, and final files for both digital and print production
- Ensure high-quality output with strong attention to detail and consistency
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience designing for both digital and print
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, and colour systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Experience with brand identity and logo design
